Shipping Policy 


We currently only ship to the United States. We plan to adopt international shipping soon!

We currently ship from New York. We process and ship items via USPS within 1-2 day of order placement. It will then take 3-4 days for USPS to process and deliver the packages based on location. 

Orders under $100 will have a flat rate charge of $8.75 for standard 3-4 day shipping (USPS), and a flat rate charge of $15.00 for Express 1-2 day shipping (FEDEX). Please allow an extra day for delivery during COVID-19 and holidays. Shipping carrier delays are beyond our control one we have shipped out your order.

Tracking your Order

Once the order is packed and leaving our facility, a tracking number will be emailed.

Return Policy 

We know that not everything works out perfectly the first time around. Please email for all return needs. 

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return of Be & Believe Boutique store credit (in the form of a gift card) within 12 days of the shipping date.

You will be responsible for a flat rate return label, which will be deducted from your refunded amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. 

Exchanges will be accepted within 12 days of the shipping date only for the same item as long as inventory allows. If product is no longer available, we will gladly refund you for store credit. 

 For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings, hair tools and accessories, swimwear, and sale items. Returns of gift cards or items marked as 'final sale' will not be accepted. 

We process returns as soon as the package is received. Please allow at least 4 business days from when we receive the item for your store credit to be activated.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email for any return questions.
