Shipping Policy 

FREE 3-4 DAY SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $50!

We currently only ship to the United States due to high duties and shipping prices. We plan to adapt international shipping soon!

We currently ship from New York. We process and ship items via USPS within 1-2 day of order placement. It will then take 3-4 days for USPS to process and deliver the packages based on location. 

Orders under $50 will have a flat rate charge of $5.00 for standard 3-4 day shipping (USPS), and a flat rate charge of $9.00 for Express 1-2 day shipping (FEDEX). Please allow an extra day for delivery during COVID-19 and holidays. 

Tracking your Order

Once the order is packed and leaving our facility, a tracking number will be emailed.

Return Policy 

We know that not everything works out perfectly the first time around. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return, exchange or store credit within 30 days of the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, you will be responsible for a flat rate price of $6.95 for the return label, which will be deducted from your refunded amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. 

Exchanges will be processed for the original amount paid for each item. We are unable to honor a new discount code for exchange requests for different items, unless that code is still valid. 

 For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings, hair tools and accessories, and any other qualifying product. All swimwear MUST have their original hygienic seals intact. Returns of gift cards or items marked as 'final sale' will not be accepted. 

Refunds will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We process returns as soon as possible, but please allow 7 to 14 business days from when we receive the item for your account to be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
